Le Hezbollah a découvert les méthodes israéliennes de jumelage des portables

C’est ce qu’a déclaré le chef de la commission parlementaire des télécommunications, le député du Hezbollah Hassan Fadlallah, lors d’une conférence de presse organisée par le ministre des Télécommunications, Charbel Nahas, pour révéler au grand public les moyens par lesquels Israël espionne, pirate et manipule ce réseau de téléphonie mobile et fixe.
Fadlallah a également révélé que les experts techniques du Hezbollah ont découvert que les Israéliens parvenaient à planter « des téléphones dans les portables », ce qui leur permet non seulement d’espionner leur propriétaire, mais de manipuler leurs données.
« Les experts de la résistance s’étaient penchés sur le cas de trois résistants soupçonnés de contacter par téléphonie mobile l’entité sioniste, à la base de mises en garde exprimées par le département des renseignements des Forces de sécurité intérieur ( FSI) qui se sont étonnés du fait que chacun d’entre eux possédaient deux lignes téléphoniques », a précisé le député du Hezbollah.
Il a ajouté que le Hezbollah a alors mené une enquête minutieuse, en collaboration avec les services de renseignements militaires et le ministère des Télécommunications, ce qui lui a permis de découvrir que leurs appareils portables avaient été jumelés d’une deuxième ligne téléphonique, via le collaborateur libanais pour la solde d’Israël, le colonel Adib Alam. « Ce qui permet aux Israéliens non seulement de les mettre sur écoute, mais aussi de savoir tout ce qu’ils faisaient et chez qui ils se rendaient, même s’ils se rendaient à leur chambre à coucher », a-t-il affirmé.
Pour sa part, le ministre Nahas a affirmé qu’Israël et grâce à l’infrastructure de télécommunications qu’il déploie tout au long de la frontière avec le Liban, en plus de celle mise en place au Liban, sans oublier le rôle joué par ses collaborateurs, peut non seulement mettre tous les Libanais sur écoute, même dans la capitale et ses banlieues, mais il peut également consulter leurs messageries, leurs datas, et toutes les informations. Plus encore, il peut aussi manipuler les données, les éliminer ou en introduire de nouvelles.
Selon l’expert libanais en télécommunications, Dr. Imad Houbballah, tous les appareils d’espionnage et de piratage sont disponibles dans le marché mondial : « même les systèmes de protection installés facilitent à l’entité sioniste d’interférer dans le réseau de télécommunication libanais, via le Back Door », a-t-il affirmé. Révélant la présence des appareils de deux sociétés israéliennes expertes en la matière au Liban, dont la Checkpoint.
A cet égard, Fadlallah a rappelé les aveux du collaborateur libanais, Tarek Rabaa, qui a reconnu avoir livré tout ce qui a trait à la société Alfa dont, entre autre, les nouveaux systèmes qu’elle voulait installer, suite à la destruction de l’ancien durant la guerre. Houbballah a assuré que les violations israéliennes de ce réseau avaient atteint leur apogée durant la guerre 2006, lorsqu’ils tentèrent de s’immiscer dans ce réseau, via ses centrales et d’y introduire de nouveaux ordres. Des appareils avaient même été utilisés pour bombarder certaines maisons.

Ils n’ont rient decouvert parce qu’ils ne decouvrent que les espions qui eté chargé par eux. Ils ont accusé Tarek Rabaa comme un pretext pour s’échapper de l’accusation du tribunal international.

Why they had targeted Tarek Rabaa?
The motive behind accusing Tarek Rabaa with a fabricated indictment has at least 4 major reasons:
1. To decredibilise the STL’s indictment which accuses four persons affiliated to the resistance.
2. To support the fiber optic project costing 60 millions US dollars by pretending it’s more secure than microwave links.
3. To protect ; cover the military intelligence after torturing Tarek & arbitrary detained him.
4. To likely protect the real spies by distracting the lebanese authorities by wrongly suspected engineer such as Tarek Rabaa.
The chronological facts:
1. On 23 May, 2009 Der Spiegel published a report revealing that the special tribunal for Lebanon STL will indict the Resistance based on cellular calls.
2. Afterwards, the lebanese intelligence departments become active and they arrested around 70 suspected spies until they arrested Charbel Qazzi in June 2010 & Tarek Rabaa in July 2010. Subsequently the resistance had triggered a wide TV compaign targeting the STL indictment which will accuse the resistance based on the CDR(Call Data Registry). The resistance pre-sentenced Tarek regardless of what happened with him in the ministry of defense and they told the Lebanese in advance that the telecom sector was manipulated and the data was tampered by the israelians to jump to a conclusion: the STL indictment is not reliable.
3. On July 15, 2010 thus 3 days after detaining Tarek, the Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA) headed by Dr Imad rushed to meet with the ex prime minister Saad Hariri and with the deputy Hassan from the resistance under the pretext of ‘network security’. They were very active to diffuse an image showing the telecom network as under attack especially Tarek was detained and the first so-called investigation report was dated July 27, 2010. This confirm their plan to act as if really the telecom networks are under attack and they stressed on the urgent approval for fiber optics.
4. On November 1, 2010, the first military investigator judge Riad Abu Ghayda closed Tarek Rabaa interrogation without any confession for spying though all types of pressures they performed on Tarek.
5. On 21 November 2010, the CBC newspaper published a new report confirming the STL’s indictment will accuse the resistance based on cellular phone calls used in Hariri assasination.
6. On November 23, 2010 the minister Charbel Nahhas together with the telecom regulatory body as well as the deputy Hassan carried out a conference press pretending violation of Telecom sector. They based their press on the assumption of suspected spies Charbel Qazzi & Tarek Rabaa. At that time, Tarek was transfered to Roumieh jail without indictment yet.
7. Few days after the famous conference, Riad Abu Ghayda issued on December 6, 2011 a wrong indictment and transfer Tarek to the court.
8. On December 24, 2010 Al-Akhbar newspaper published on its first page a story defaming Tarek Rabaa and it was followed with a TV compaign on al-MANAR & on NBN pre-sentencing Tarek as a spy.
9. On June 2011 the STL issued its indictment accusing 4 persons from the resistance and the compaign against Tarek was retriggered by al-manar TV by insisting on considering Tarek as a spy while he’s still under prosecution in the military tribunal where he manifested self-confidence of being innocent from their fabricated stories.
10. From another side, the minister of telecom Charbel Nahhas took the opportunity last year to use Tarek story as pretext to have the approval on the Fiber optic project to say it is safer than microwave and he got this 60 millions$ project though no justified need at that time. Early this year the hidden goal has been revealed in Tarchiche. The resistance planned to used implicitly and discretely the fiber network of the ministry of telecommunication.
This is the scandal behind targeting Tarek Rabaa: the STL indictment, the private transmission network of the resistance as well as personal interests in the ministry of telecom and last but not least to cover the torture, arbitrary detention, the violation of law and to uncover the real spies. Tarek is still in jail victim of their agenda and he is for sure innocent from their fabrications and lies.
Tarek is an employee who follows orders and he cannot do any expansion in the transmission network without the approval of Alfa management and the ministry of telecom.
